No Commitment - choose to pay monthly and start or stop when you want!
We do not have additional costume fees. Our students will present their routines at a year end celebration with minimal cost to you. We simply wish to give the children the chance to show their families what they have learned!!
When choosing your payment options you have 3 choices:
1.)Annual tuition is due at registration (with a 10% discount implemented).
2.)Quarterly payments are due 1) at registration 2) November 1, 2010 3) January 3, 2011 and 4) March 1, 2011.
3.)Monthly tuition requires that a credit card be on file at the studio. Tuition is due by the first class of each month. If your tuition is not paid by the 15th of each month the card on file will be automatically charged. Your monthly tuition is divided into 9 equal monthly installments and is the same amount monthly, regardless of the number of classes per month. You must call the studio to alert us that your child has decided to withdraw either permanently or temporarily from classes or you will be expected to pay the next months tuition.

Payment Policies
- It is the customer’s obligation to know and understand AIM’s payment terms at the time of enrollment.
- Late Charge - If your payment is not received by the 15th of every month, you will be charged a $15 late fee.
- Returned Checks - There is a $30 fee for any returned checks.
- AIM operates on a strict no refund policy. Tuition is also non-transferrable.
- Membership and Insurance fee is $30 per New Student or $15 for a returning student due at registration. This fee covers insurance costs associated with each student, music licensing fees, and other miscellaneous costs.
- AIM’s Tuition is based on 36 weeks of instruction. The monthly payment option breaks the annual total into 9 equal monthly payments regardless of the number of classes in a month. If you choose our monthly payment option, you must place a credit card on file with the studio to be charged if you fail to pay your child’s tuition by the 15th of the month. Autopay is encouraged and monthly tuition is discounted $5 if this option is chosen.
- You may choose at any time to discontinue your child’s enrollment either permanently or temporarily. However, to avoid being held responsible for the next month’s payment, please notify the office before the 1st of the next month.
- If you discontinue your child’s enrollment, his/her spot in the class may be filled by a waitlisted student.
- We do not give credits or discounts for classes missed. You are entitled to make up classes in any age appropriate class. Please alert the front desk if you need to schedule a make-up class.
Safety Policies
- Please escort your child to and from the waiting area and look for all posted notices.
- Parents are welcome to watch classes anytime from the waiting area through the observation window ONLY! Parental observation is encouraged, however it is a privilege.
- No one may touch or use any exercise equipment without an instructor present.
- Medical Limitations - The office must be made aware if your child has any special needs or conditions including allergies or asthma.
